It is not mentioned in the description that these are dates that have pits inside. The Nutrition Label indicates that there are 50 grams of serving size. How many people are aware that 50 grams are equal to 50 dates? I just wanted to point out that these have a "cap" or "end cap" of some sort and pits. Therefore, you cannot just pop them into your mouth and eat.
