Medjool dates are my usual snack, so I am comparing these to them. There is a lot of raisin flavor in them There is a note of caramel in it. As sweet as they are, I'd say they make my list of the best dates that I have The size of the duo is medium-sized The pits are medium-sized and have an inner "husk" around them that is tough and fibrous, with a soft, chewy flesh from the outside. There is a bit of chewiness to them, but they are not unpleasant to eat. There is less "mushy" texture in a Medjool than a Medjool. Despite the price tag, these were a very good value for the size and flavor. I did not enjoy the texture as much, but I did not find it unpleasant. They were fresh and moist, and they smelled lovely as well. These were a great healthy snack for me and I would purchase.

The bag of dates I received was in good condition. In order to keep the dates fresh longer, I will keep them in the fridge Their quality and ease of engagement make them a good choice. Dates are the kind of natural sweetener I generally blend into my green smoothies to naturally sweeten them. These are not the kinds of things I eat straight out of the bag - they're far too sweet for me like that. work great when combined with nuts to create a raw pie crust, but because they are sticky and binding, it is not recommended. The pits here are easy to pop out, so I slit the side and pop out the pit - so the pits are no problem here either. I usually buy pitted dates just because of convenience, but this one I slit the side and pop out the pit. My life is going well!
