As a result of selling it out to McCormick's Spices, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. I was influenced by past experiences to make my purchase without reading the ingredients first. As someone who is very careful with salt intake, I was surprised by the increase in salt amount when my package arrived compared to my usual intake. However, with that being said, the added ingredients must have added a bit more flavor. Unfortunately, I will not use this product because I read that nothing had changed since the new owners took over. was using this product for two years in volume, and it seems to have changed a bit.

Order from this vendor at your own risk! This 8. has been sent to me. The size of a quarter - 25 ounces Yesterday I bought a pack of twelve twelves. Exactly one day after opening the box, on September 28, I did so again. There is an expiration date of September 18, 2020 on all boxes. Check the expiration date on the broth packages whenever you order this product. Opening the box right away will help you make sure nothing is expired. My request was to have a replacement made. I guess we will find out. Message

Let's face it, you don't need a quart of stock every day, do you? The liquid typically comes from one or two cups of unsalted stock. Since I could only find unsalted stock in big cartons, I was wasting The diet I follow does NOT include low sodium ingredients. It's just nice to be able to choose how much salt I want from the options Want to - or don't want to I found this recipe in a magazine. If the product is coming from Amazon, check the expiration date when it arrives. Amazon does not do a great job of providing a standard amount of time before it expires. From just a few months to over a year, I have had all sorts of experiences.
The smaller version of mine has been up and running for two years, so that was my first surprise. I had no idea they were packaged in The weight of this is 25 oz. Since I have used this product in the past with no problems, I did not check the Nutritional Information on line. I do not recall 130 mg of salt per serving. Could it be that the product is "made with McCormick / GOURMET herbs and spices"? The reason for the star is because it was necessary.
It was on sale on Amazon, and it was a direct purchase. The first one arrived in September (two months ago) and expired in October. The company sent a replacement right away after I reached out. A second one came in September, and it also expired. The refund was given, but now the price is double what I paid. Since it's directly from Amazon, I expected it to be more expensive.
In order to lower my blood pressure and reduce sodium intake, I am taking measures to reduce sodium intake In addition to the Kitchen Basics Unseasoned Chicken Stock I purchased, I purchased a few others. My first experience with it was this evening, and even though it doesn't taste too bad, I do not like its smell. Despite the fact that I finished cooking with it two hours ago, I can still smell the smell of In order to reduce the sodium content of this dish, I will switch back to low sodium chicken stock.
Over the past few years, I have purchased this brand of chicken stock. You can use it to enhance the taste of gravies and soups. I just add the spices to it, but it adds a lot of flavor. Whenever I have been sick and needed broth, I have used this product. This is the type I keep on my shelf all the time. There is a smaller size as well.
My wife and I are both excellent cooks, and chicken stock is an essential part of our daily lives. It's called Kitchen Basics, as it states in the name. While we prefer Pacific Brands, which is made in our local area, this Kitchen Basic brand seems to have the best flavor even though it is more expensive. Our delight when we found this product on Amazon is due to it being hard to find in packages of this size. The best brand to use if you like to cook, and your recipe calls for chicken stock, is this one. It tastes great and has a good consistency.
