My friends who are vegetarians or vegans often ask me to make them dishes for them and share them with me. My home state of Texas has become an endangered species for vegetarians and vegans! The most difficult part for me is to find a tasty Vegetable Stock that is not HIGH in SODIUM. Emeril's brand has been in my kitchen for years, and I use it in my recipes. It has a low SODIUM level. My taste buds are tingling!.
By Cook's Illustrated, this has been rated as the best vegetable stock. This item is rare and hard to find, so I ordered it. There was just something too sweet about it! The rating for Better Than Bullion was also high from Cook's & Co. It turned out to be correct!.
Years ago, we were absolutely in love with this stock, adding a rich taste to all our soup recipes. We regret to inform you that it is now no longer available. Anyone with a good substitute to recommend would be welcome to share it with me.

I use it in the brining process. Although I could make my own, I have a very busy schedule and have no time to do so. I frequently brine but never inject, and I have done this for Instead of shopping at the grocery store and using the stock I bought last year, I forwarded an order from B&B Several items from G's Emeril's Vegetable Stock were ordered from Amazon in It arrived in a nicely packaged, sturdy 6-pack within 2 days after I ordered it on Amazon Prime Put them together. I used it in Alton Brown's turkey brine recipe (one of the best in my opinion) and brined a 17lb turkey for just under 24 hours before deep frying it. I was surprised at how moist it was and how tasty it was. It was so juicy that you could almost say that it was wet, and everyone praised the cook for it! It is the only stock I will use in the future, and I recommend that this be used to brine poultry.
It is wonderful to have organic stocks from Emeril! The only local place I can find it so I order cases online. It's the best taste and I use the chicken, beef, and vegetable varieties every day.
You can taste a lot of tomato in it I have never encountered other vegetable stocks with such a distinctive flavor. It came as a little surprise to me.
The best veggie broth ever. It is the perfect size for use in a slow cooker.
