The most important ingredient in Udon broth is dashi soup stock. Because dashi broth is often concentrated, they often need to be thinned out with water. You can often find instructions on the bottle of dashi broth on how to make udon broth when you buy it. Depending on your taste, you can add dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin to the mixture.
For $12, I just picked up the same product at Costco. An enormous markup has been applied.

As a rule, when I buy from Costco, the expiration date is more than a year from the date of purchase. For example, the one I bought in July expires in April 2021.

Packaged noodles come in this package have a flavor that I like and are soft. The first time I bought them, I paid less than $15 at my Warehouse store. After that, they disappeared from the shelves, and I had to search online to locate them. There should have been two bowls instead of one (I thought there would be two bowls) The pack (six-pack) cost $30+ to buy but it ended up being just a single pack There are six bowls in the pack. The costco price has dropped to almost 1/2 ($17), so they're back in stock. A manufacturer ripped me off by charging me $55. 00 and I am not happy with the purchase. It should have cost no more than $30 or $5 per bowl for a 6 pack of soft noodles!.
It would force me to think about whether life is even worth living if this were the last food source on earth. The taste of this might be described as vile or disgusting but that might be giving it a lot of credit. For these companies to produce such a low quality product is a real shame.
Originally found at Costco, this dish has become my favorite late night snack. I bring it to work for lunch just because it is so simple and delicious. It is easy to make, the quality is good, the taste isn't overwhelming, and it only takes 5 minutes to prepare (including all the prep work). We have also grown to love it as a family. Due to its high sodium content, it also helps our bodies retain more water when the weather goes from 60 to 100 degrees.
The noodles I like are delicious.
The flavor of the soup is fantastic. Packaged well, and it heats up quickly in a microwave. I used to buy this at Costco, but thank God I can still find it on Amazon now ).
A delicious but expensive food.
The best way to enhance the taste of dry bowls is to add protein to them. This is a favorite of our hubby, as we add a little left over meat and veggies. For lunch, he prepares a light meal that is great to keep up with his low-calorie diet.
It was disappointing. This is the third time I have bought these noodles. Currently, they are really disgusting in taste. The makers of this have changed the formula, how to cook them, etc. . These products contain rancid oil, so if not used immediately, it will go rancid. Invest your money in something valuable, not a waste.
