Despite its tasty nature, it does require a heavy hand to achieve an acceptable taste level. That is what German powders would achieve. Also, it has a taste that's missing something, possibly an herb or a combination of herbs, but I'm not sure which. Having traveled all over Germany and the surrounding countries, living there for almost 5 years, and immersing myself in European culture, I have a wealth of knowledge regarding German Once again, it's not a bad product, but it's not a great one either. The taste is similar to the bouillon cubes that I was previously using, except it's less salty and there's no MSG (which is toxic). The fact that its ingredients are so few makes it appealing to me. There is a small amount of powder in the tin, but it goes a long way since you only need a tiny drop. Considering how thrifty and economical I am, I think this is worth every penny.

This is an excellent option for people who are concerned about sodium intake. It is nice and savory. Although it is not exactly like chicken broth, it works well as a substitute in recipes. Every cup of water is measured using a teaspoon that has been slightly rounded. The smell of the salve can be slightly soap-like if you use too much. I can taste the scent, but my family members cannot. Look for the different price listings on Amazon, as sometimes you can at least save a little bit of money when you buy.

The product is hard to find in my area, and I have used it before and really loved it. The fact that Amazon sells it makes me happy. They were packaged tightly in a plastic bag for extra protection and shipped in a pair. I am impressed with the quality of the containers and the lids remain in place. Since I moved several times with this original container of this flavorful broth mix, I've never spilled a drop. This very low sodium broth base is an excellent substitute for many other brands and homemade recipes since it has a long shelf life when kept dry. It is also very easy to make. My grandmother used to make this for me when I was a kid. Neither I was able to recreate her recipe nor was I able to get her recipe. Excellent product. I am very satisfied with it.

As far as I can tell, this has been the best broth mix I've ever had. There have been several that I have used, but this one holds up best for flavor and quality. I have not tried another from Marigold yet, but so far the Seitenbacher is better than the Vogue Vegetable and the Vogue Chicken broth.

Pagesbacher's was the first seasoning I used when I lived in England. I sprinkled it on soups, stews, and even Of course, there are some salty flavors, but a lot of other vegetarian ingredients are present as well. My husband and I were unable to find it when we moved back to the US in 1984, but we're so happy that it's available at a reasonable price on Amazon here along with many other titles. It's a wonderful beverage. We suggest you try it and enjoy it as much as.

This is a good base for CHICKEN FLAVOR recipes. A majority of the ingredients are yeast flakes. That's what it looks like The taste of it is just like that of You will not find any fats, oils or additives in this product.
