The vegetable broth in this recipe is really good. I like to use it as a base for most soups since it is very flavorful. Because the umami profile of the soup is rich with flavors of tomatoes and carrots, I probably wouldn't use it for sweeter soups like butternut squash.

In comparison to all the other major brands of vegetable broth I've tried, this is the only one that does not taste weird. I use it for soups, stews, and Costs are significantly higher than those found at TJ's or grocery stores It may be more expensive, but it's worth it.
