Bare Bones Bone Broth Instant Powdered Beverage Mix, Beef, Pack of 4, 15g Sticks, 10g Protein, Keto & Paleo Friendly

***Buyer Beware*** I bought this product, like many others, thinking it was just powdered bone broth with no added inflammatory ingredients. Instead, I was shocked to learn that it contained maltodextrin and 3 grams of carbohydrates per serving when I read the package description. It's extremely frustrating and deceptive to see this from a brand that claims to be "bare bones" with the tagline of being an "organic" (I suppose the tapioca maltodextrin is "organic") product suitable for keto and paleo diets (IT IS NOT!). )br>br>Now, while I understand that this is not the company's fault because they disclose this information and do nothing to hide it, I would advise potential buyers to look for a bone broth that will actually benefit their health somewhere else. This is a pity because if they released a version without these additives, it would be a fantastic product; however, as it stands, this product is self-defeating.

Bone broth is one of my favorite dishes. Before writing this review, I waited until I had completed the first bag I purchased. br>br>Before I looked into fasting, I followed a dirty keto diet for about two years. At first, I was doing it unintentionally, but I wanted to make it a habit. After doing some research, I discovered that 100% how you break your fast matters because your body is most ready to absorb whatever it is you give it, and if you do it wrong over a long period As a result, I went on the hunt for the most cost-effective done broth I could find that was also easy to transport to and from work. br>br>This product was ideal; it comes in 16 powder sticks, which I mixed with 12 ounces of hot water. The flavor is excellent; it has a full body and a light thickness to it, which I like. And it made me feel full for about an hour after I broke my fast before I was hungry enough to eat my lunch. The sticks were small enough to fit in my work bag and made breaking my fasts less taxing on my body. br>This product does have 3 grams of carbs per stick, which isn't a deal breaker for me because I've never had a problem with carb count and was usually well under before adding this to my diet, but it's something to keep in mind if you're a strict keto dieter. Sugar accounts for 2g of the total. br>br>I included a picture because it shows how much of a difference adding this to my diet made after a month. I didn't change anything during this time; I ate the same amount of calories, carbs, and exercise as before. However, there is a significant difference. I am now a loyal customer.

It's both practical and healthy. I like that I can have a delicious, savory cup of broth instead of a sweet (and possibly unhealthy) protein bar or shake. I've tried a lot of different broths, and Bare Bones is by far the best. I'm really excited to get my hands on these new instant pouches.

With Bare Bones Broth, however, this was not the case. It was delicious to me! I love bone broth, but it's become increasingly difficult for me to make a batch since having my baby. The packets are extremely practical and simple to use. This product is fantastic, and I plan to buy more of it.

I enjoy soup broth, so this is what I order when I don't feel like eating a heavy meal - To drink, all you need is a cup of soup broth. When I got a cup of hot water and poured a package of this broth into it, I was extremely disappointed. I added another package of broth because there was no taste. I used a 12-ounce glass. cup, I reasoned that perhaps more than one package of broth flavoring was required. Nope! In a 12 oz. package, there are two packages. a pot of boiling water, and there's still no taste of beef! I'm no longer a springtime gal. I've been around the sun a few times, so I'm not a newbie when it comes to beef broth, but this tasted nothing like beef broth. The remaining packages were thrown away. Sorry, but I'm afraid I won't be able to give this a positive rating.

The flavor is by far the best powdered bone broth I've ever tried, and I've tried just about everything currently available. The significance of nutrient-dense foods is well understood. The density of bone broth, as well as the numerous health benefits associated with it, make this product even more incredible!.

Great packaging that makes it simple to carry one in your purse. I wish it had a little more flavor; perhaps a pinch of Himalayan salt would do the trick, making it more like a soup broth. However, that could simply be a matter of personal preference, and you know what they say - You can always add salt to a dish, but you can't remove it. ) but when I'm on the road, I don't always have the option to add some extra flavoring, so it doesn't feel as satisfying as when I'm somewhere where I can add a pinch of cayenne, a pinch of salt, etc. Other than that minor personal complaint, it's a great product for me and I'll keep buying it.

I decided to try Bare Bones and I'm glad I did. The broth is simple to make (all you need is hot water), and it keeps me full without causing a sugar high or crash. I like the compact packaging, which saves space and has a rip top. Think of it as a flavor mix for bottled water, and that's how the packaging looks; I'll buy it again!.
