There is 500mg of sodium in this. It is not listed how much potassium is in the product. The ratio of 1 tsp to 8 oz is better than bouillon. Essentially, water is.
It is a soft paste with a lot of flavor without being salty. I love this product.
The label does not mention it. Further, I have a pretty strong sensitivity to MSG, and this product does not trigger the migraines I usually get.

My order for this bouillon was placed in October 2017 and was delivered just before the holidays In my pantry I kept it for at least a year, knowing that this kind of food is normally good for at least a year.
Recently, I pulled it out and discovered that it had expired in February 2018 - 3 months after it was purchased! I bought 2 other bullions around that time that had a year earlier expiration date, so it is possibly an anomaly. It is a big downside to procure food online that you are unable to check dates before you buy.
The sodium content of this product is NOT low. The sodium content of the item is about 100 mg lower than that of I can buy it at most of my local supermarkets for about $2 even though it has still a lot of sodium. The price on Amazon was $ 00 less than what I got it for. For people who do not need to watch their sodium intake, the product is probably a good choice. The product has almost as much sodium as the regular product, so why call it "reduced sodium" at all? The product contains high sodium content, so do not buy it if you want to reduce it.

I then one day came across "Better than Bullion" and bought it and since then I've been hooked on it. As a result, it's great that I can get it on Amazon. I can't always find it in the market though. As well as chicken and vegetable, I enjoy the vegetable version. You can never go wrong when you buy.
As long as I can buy this brand, I will never purchase any other brand. It has a great flavor! paste-like texture of the product makes it so much easier to work with than a dry or cubed product. This book is wonderful! I recommend it highly!.
