Service was rated as 3 and not 5 stars despite the sauce, which was really good. A jar was completely destroyed when I received it. A jar was damaged by falling on its side, which was obviously caused by dropping it on its corner. This is the second time I have purchased this product. It was perfect the first time, but not this time. Since I am not returning the sauce because it is so good and there will be a hurricane on Friday. Let me give it another try and see how it turns out. Make sure you label.
My personal preference is to build up my own flavors, so this is a great starting point for adding some garlic and herbs to strengthen.
