I have never seen a sauce in this size before, and I expect that it will be watered down in order to smooth it out. My olive oil and spice mixture includes extra virgin olive oil. You will need to reduce it to suit your taste because it is very sweet.

If you've ever enjoyed a slice of New York pizza, then you'll recognize this sauce. There is widespread use of it, and other places that make New York style pizza use it as well. A mouthful of it lets you know what it is right away. It is mellow and has a Straight out of the can, this product is very easy to use. Freezing portions in sandwich bags is my preferred method. Although the taste is not impaired, the consistency tends to separate upon thawing. Purchasing it directly from a food supplier and paying shipping is more expensive, but cheaper than buying it from another food supplier. For each pizza of 14 inches in size it would take 24 cans of sauce.
The taste is better than anything you can find in the supermarket, and you get a lot more than you can use (which can be frozen).
It has been one of my favorites for years when I owned restaurants, and I'm glad I can now purchase it. You can find them at the same price as premium store bought sauces if you break down the cost. Specifically, we break the can down into 7oz portions, which is what we use to top our pizzas. We vacuum seal and freeze the portions so we can use them whenever we like. If you would like to make pasta sauce, this is a good base to begin with.
There's a big dent on the can, which is why we are only giving it 1 star. In the case of zero, we will give it. We know from experience that a dented can can lead to spoiled contents, which can cause botulism, so we don't eat them. This is a very expensive item that cannot be returned, so a lot of money was Not happy at all.
Quite a bit of oil is present in it. A restaurant that does not care about the quality of its food will benefit from this type of operation. A restaurant supply store will sell it for about $3 as well. A can costs $0. 00. Public supply stores are located in some of these supply shops.
That's exactly how I like my women too! I enjoy this sauce a lot. There's a lot of flavor and consistency to it that I like. I thought the price was a little high but I would never find it in any store near my home. The can arrived dented but that didn't affect it in any way. A few pieces are in the fridge for this week, and some went on a pizza earlier this week. The majority is in the freezer sliced in baggies (thank you, as a few other reviews suggested. ). I can't wait to try the other sauces. #10 was excellent, a very classic taste that can't be passed up.
This one is recommended. Typically, restaurants that don't make their own sauce like to use this It may not be homemade, but it has excellent flavor, and it saves a lot of time as well.
Though not a favorite flavor, it is better than what can be found on the shelves at the local market.
