I was dreading how awful it was going to taste and what a pleasant surprise! Whenever I have a cauliflower pizza, another thing I thought I would hate, turns out I actually enjoy it since I can make a low-carb, low-calorie pizza for under 700 calories and they taste fantastic - and I am a huge pizza fan.
