It makes no sense to me why you could not. The only time I have used this sauce was You may want to let the chicken rest a little longer if it is frozen, or you might find a meat thermometer helpful.
That is not a problem in my opinion. Keep in mind that when you defrost something containing sauce and whatever else you are freezing, some water will be produced. There is a possibility that watering down the sauce will have an adverse effect on the flavor.
As far as an Instant Pot goes, I have not tried one. It's a little bit softer to eat after the sauce has cooked up a little. Campbell's sauces are designed to either be baked in the oven, roasted in a crock pot, or boiled in a sauce pan, I imagine I would stick to baking them in How well does it work in an Instant Pit would be interesting to see.
