Having a Celiac friend means we must have gluten-free products in the house - anything we cook must be completely free of gluten - so I bought this product. There is no other gluten free oyster sauce that is confirmed to be gluten free. There is no fishy taste in this sauce and it has all the desirable characteristics of a good oyster sauce without the unpleasant aroma that some have. Use this sauce in Chinese dishes without restriction, whether or not the recipe calls for it.
There is currently a picture of an old bottle in the picture. Along the top of the new bottle it says "Gluten Free. ".
