We recently found a few in our area at the HEB. 10-year sell by date has been set. 2020 I usually keep it a couple of months before I use it because it's a small bottle, however I do keep it refrigerated once it's opened.

Having a CHF diagnosis does not alter my daughter's diet low salt. The challenge of eating, cooking, and keeping healthy is great for a family who eats with no salt, but with little taste. You shouldn't underestimate the benefits of coconut aminos - they contain the fewest sodium levels among other gluten-free brands I've encountered. Soy sauce does not stand out nearly as much in this tasting dish. The sweetness in this sandwich almost overpowers the salty smell of soy sauce, so you almost feel like eating the snack. There's really no need to differentiate this sauce since most of the recipes you get to use (teriyaki, korean kal- ke indistinguishable because in general, the recipes we use that call for soy sauce (teriyaki, korean kal- This all involves sugar in addition (such as e, sesame salad dressing), all also call for sugar anyway. Marinating ging or stirring it with stir fry makes it great. For those that are sensitive to soy or merely wish to eliminate soy products from their diet, coconut Aminos could certainly work nicely. I have yet to try the product with sushi, however I might try it. There is some saltier flavor to it compared to original higher sodium soy sauce. Besides offering improved nutritional value, this product could substitute for soy in reducing sodium intake.
