Despite the fine taste, make sure you use it as soon as possible. A few days after use, my mine molded. Upon opening the package, I put it in the fridge right away like it said, and there was black mold on the inside of the carton, and white mold on It wasn't even until 10/13/2017 when the "sell by" date was stated. After refrigeration, it would have been nice to have some instructions on the product about how long it stays good.

As soon as the mold appeared on it in April, I stopped using this product. As soon as we received it, we put it in the refrigerator. Unless you are a restaurant, I would not recommend this size. We bought this in January and it went bad by April, so we cannot use it as a family.

Make sure you are buying a quality product! A similar item has been purchased several times by me. Mold started to grow in the last container bought within two months of purchase. In addition to the bottle, all the marinated meat in the container had to be thrown out with the bottle since the container had been kept in a refrigerator. This was a very expensive product. Although I do not eat soy, this product makes a great substitute for soy sauce (I cannot eat the stuff), however, the larger container is not around for much longer. To avoid the mold issue that I, as well as others, have experienced, I highly recommend purchasing in small containers.

The fact that we were able to buy this in bulk is exciting since it is so hard to locate in mid-October Located in Mississippi. Since the sauces were so good, I used up those little bottles pretty rapidly and decided that it would be worth it to order this big bottle! I was very happy with the shipping it had been well packaged and hadn't leaked or spilled. They added another sticker to the top of the label that says refrigerate after opening in case it was missed, so it says again to refrigerate after opening. This coconut aminos is simply delicious the flavor is similar to that of soy sauce, but with an undertone of In addition to me, my husband likes it as well As an alternative to soy sauce, it is preferred. Although it is smaller, it packs all of the flavor and is much less salty.
