If you ask me where you can find better instant udon than this, I will give you a look of slanty Asian eyes. I really enjoyed the broth. The noodles were fat and white. There is a lot of food in the bowl. Get a taste of a truly Korean version of a Japanese staple with Nongshim, the Korean version of the Japanese Please accept my sincere thanks.

We placed a bulk order on April 22, 2021, and the food is expired. There was a "best buy" date of MARCH 31st, 2021 on all 6 bowls. My order arrived three weeks after the stamped date, meaning that the product had been out of date for three weeks. There is no justification for this.

Most of the products I have tried from Nong Shim have been enjoyable and great quality A decent quality ramen/noodle bowl (especially when compared to some "cheaper" ones). No matter what you order, it will be a fantastic Udon Noodle Bowl. As a matter of fact, this is probably my favorite instant noodle variety. There is a nice bite to the noodles (like al dente pasta) and the included vegetables / tempura flakes add some nice flavor as well. The udon sauce packet has a wonderful, authentic flavor that makes me think of udon soup from The instant noodles that come in this type of product might not quite be as good as a restaurant meal, since it IS a packaged product. Nevertheless, if you don't have access to authentic Asian cuisine and are craving some Udon noodles and soup, then this would probably be a good choice that could tide you over until you find some!.
