The taste is good (plus minus depends what you use for a sauce) and the mac and cheese retains its shape during cooking, and looks good on the plate. This organic and Italian food is perfect for me! The product I bought from them was great! You must at least be fair to them.

There is no real organic element to this product as it is processed with eggs. Please do not eat if you are allergic to eggs, as I am. In the description, it should be noted. The process of making it this way has just recently been invented, and it wasn't before.

There is nothing better than this. The meat holds its shape well and cooks up very well. Though I was skeptical about ordering pasta through the mail, it arrived very quickly and was packaged very well.
