Prior to them switching to brown rice and lentil pasta (whyyy), I used to purchase Bionaturae gluten free pasta. Since my family would not eat gluten free pasta else, I looked for a new product that would cook the same as traditional My family and I were thrilled to find La Veneziane and decided to purchase this variety package to see what we like. We have already eaten the shells, penne and bowties. All of them are delicious, and no one would be able to tell they were I have had no problems with it holding up with a That's great news! I enjoyed the flavor very much. Buying these again will be a good decision. It is the only pasta made with 100 percent corn I can find. I like to cook them because they do not become mushy like mixed products.

What have you been eating since you developed gluten intolerance five years ago? Multiple GF pasta brands have been tried by me and this is the only brand that actually tastes like "real" pasta, not cardboard! The price tag is high, so I don't buy it as frequently as I'd like. I haven't found it anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor and enjoy a tasty treat.

It is hands down the best gluten-free pasta I have ever eaten in the 10 years I have been gluten-free. Besides its texture, it has an amazing taste as well. The gluten-free pasta is very similar to regular wheat flour pasta, which we miss when we are unable to eat it.

I have not been able to convince my family that it is gluten-free! There is no difference between gluten pasta and gluten noodles. This is one of the best!.

It's the best pasta I've ever had, since it's made from corn. It's hard for my husband to tell that the girl is While the capellini becomes sticky and overcooked easily, the various forms of pasta are excellent (rigatoni, rigate, spaghetti, fettucine).

There were no clumps and no sticking. The oil does not need to be added. A pinch of salt in the water is all it needs. I am very happy with the results. My next purchase will be a repeat.
