It is of excellent quality, well packaged, and there are not many broken pieces. When you use Rigatoni to make dishes, you can add a lot of sauce to them because that extra sauce can also be scooped into the little tubing so you can savor the dish completely. You can use this type of pasta to make pasta salads, as well.

When it comes to pasta, I don't buy it with four ingredients. Despite the fact that the product is claimed to be made from Semolina, it cooks like pasta made from There's only one pasta that I truly love DiVilla #16, a HUGE one. Large, firm, and not sticky, they are a BIG hit in the market. The price is more expensive, but the items are more difficult to break when uncooked because they are so thick, and they are almost impossible to break when cooked. There are no sticking issues with these and you can cook them Al Dente without a In this case, the product either needs to be undercooked, or, after the pasta is cooked in the middle, the rest becomes As I said, it tends to remind me of flour pasta. There is a lot less cost involved with extruding thin pasta than thick pasta, so that may explain why they cut corners. My favorite shape of rigatoni comes from Colavita and it is this small one. This sauce is strong enough to stand up to meat sauces. Our plan is to split up the pack and give some to our daughter, some to our church food pantry, and some to our own.
