Both the GF and the regular versions of this pasta are my favorites. In my opinion, this GF pasta is the best on the market. I cannot taste the difference in flavor or texture between the old and new product.
This particular ravioli is about the same size as rigatoni you purchase at the grocery store. There is no better way to describe it than My family prefers an a little thicker consistency so I boil it a couple more minutes than suggested on the package.

In order to find the best gluten free, organic brand, I tried several others, but this one is by far the best in terms of flavor and thickness, so sometimes I eat The Bionaturae is my favorite and I've been unable to find it in stores for some strange reason. It's similar to the Jovial brand as a comparison, which I also like, but I prefer Bionaturae.

While it is possible to boil this pasta to mush, you must work very hard to do so. We used to love this brand of pasta but now it tastes bad and mushy. It is commendable that you are including lentils as a protein source, but I feel it drastically affects the texture.
Following the reviews, I ordered all four packages because I thought they were great. My pasta dish was ready when I got home from work. Martha Stewart's mushroom ragu is one of my favorites. After cooking the pasta, I added the ragu to some freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese and it was a fantastic meal. PASTA is a great addition to this dish. This is a SUPERB piece! The body is very substantial and has a great look to it. A winning pasta has been created by Biottirae. We're excited to try other types of pasta from this restaurant!.
The GF pasta I have so far enjoyed the most. Unlike other ones that have a weird after taste (or murky cooking water), this one still has a bit of bite to it. Compared to Jovial and Barilla, I like this one much more.
It was wonderful to eat Bionaturae Gigatoni Gluten Free Pasta with my family. All of us enjoy eating pasta with different sauces, and I can say with confidence that Bionaturae Gigatoni Pasta is up to the task when it comes to pesto, tomato, and alfredo flavors.
