I have found that most of them are a letdown due to off flavors or textures, and none have held up well as In reading the reviews on this, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad While this pasta is made from corn, it still has a meaty bite to it that I am used to from traditional pasta. Besides having a great texture, the noodle contains grooves that sit parallel to the length of the noodles, so the sauce holds on better. As well, I found the cooking time to be precise, which can be hit or miss when using other brands of gluten free pasta, such as those I'm really impressed with how well it stayed fresh 24 hours after making dinner and how well it reheated. I would say you should give this a shot if you're on the fence. It's going to be a great experience for you!.

It is not the type of gluten free pasta I like. When I purchased the pasta,I had no idea it was corn. I have tried many different brands, but just don't like the taste or texture.
I had no idea this pasta was corn when I purchased it. The first time I tried it, I was disappointed. But I figured I had nothing to lose. There were very good reviews on Amazon for this book. The texture and taste of the stew is surprising and I am surprised that it tastes so good. There is something wrong with them that Le Venezian did right, but I do not know exactly what they are doing wrong. There was nothing better than butter and grated parmigiano when I made this dish. Using this again will be a good idea.

I have been gluten free for over 12 years and have tried a variety of grain-free pastas. This is the only brand of ditalini pasta I could find that made that type of pasta, so I went for it regardless. I have never liked those made with corn, so I wasn't too keen on trying this one, but I needed the ditalini for a recipe. My jaw dropped when I saw how awesome So, after getting the fettucee, I went to the library. It's so amazing! Pasta made from semolina looks, cooks and tastes similar to pasta made from semolina. You can see a thin layer of clear water when the water is drained. I don't need to rinse (something I hate) like I do with so many other gluten-free My favorite pasta brand is this, since Italians know what they are doing! I don't eat pasta often, but when I do, this is the one I choose.

Pasta doesn't taste of corn in any way after being cooked it comes out tender, not starchy, and holds up well to Five stars for Le Venezian! I tried one of their other pasta shapes as part of a cold pasta salad and I liked it for a few hours, but once I refrigerated it overnight it got hard and too crunchy.

I can't believe how good this tastes. It is by far one of the best if not the best gluten free pasta you will find. The fact that this isn't semolina pasta wouldn't even be apparent. Tastes fantastic, and the pasta is a good vessel for the sauce. Besides red sauce and alfredo sauces, I also make a delicious ricotta, Parmesan and lemon infused olive oil sauce using this lettuce. As well as the pasta being al dente, it has a good bite to it. One con is that leftovers break up when you reheat them, but they are still delicious. It doesn't hold its own as well as semolina, but that is Also use their penne for soups, and their ditalini for pasta.
