The brand I like is because it is not sticky or gummy at all for a boxed pasta. It is impossible for the bowties to stick together while cooking. It is also extremely reasonably priced, which is also an advantage for me.
I have a very particular brand preference when it comes to pasta. There is something about DaVinci and De Ceco that appeals to me. There is nothing better than this dry pasta when it comes to value for money.
