This is the reason I purchased them -- I absolutely love Wickles Rather than finely chop them, I used a food processor to chop the chips into a relish paste. So, I coarsely chopped them and mixed them with the relish paste. Viole! A chunkier relish that is delicious. When it comes to sweets, you may want to try Wickles if you don't know what to do with it. The correct answer is Wickles. The bacon bits I made with it work perfectly as a toast spread, in a tarter sauce I make and even in a vinaigrette. I love it sooo much. It is not available in my small coastal town (I live in a tiny village), so I use Amazon to get them shipped. They were not well wrapped, but that is the only complaint. It is very lucky that none of the bottles were broken or the seals popped by the way they were thrown in with the bubble wrap near the bottom The items I ordered in a haphazard way were included with that order as well. The glass jars are still intact and I'm surprised they didn't break. I hate that. When all is said and done, Wickles is awesome you should try it.
I have never had any worse pickles in my life! It would have appeared they were spoiled to me if I didn't know better. The crunch was absent and the flavor was terrible. There is a problem in that I purchased three jars based on the reviews and I cannot return them.
