This morning, I finally used them in an omelet after letting them sit in the pantry for a while Wow! A little bit of egg, cheese, and fresh basil pack a powerful punch in taste. The mild version is what I like, and I find them to be exactly I think they are not overwhelming, but they do have a pleasant bite with a slight warmth that lingers. These guys do a great job and I recommend them for sure! Update
I love the juice and oil! I hope you don't throw them away! The sauce was very good with home fries and I put some on a grilled bun with garlic as well as on a sausage sandwich. This is awesome!.
A spicy but not overly hot sauce. Any type of clothing can be worn with these. Peppers go well with sandwiches, pasta, salads, tacos, in a brisket marinade, you name it, these peppers go well with To me, peppers that add a lot of heat to a dish are not a big deal, but I do love spice, which adds more flavor.
