Capers usually contain sulfites, but not these ones?

The capers do not contain sulfites, and we thank you for your interest in our product.

Is it safe to keep them in a pantry unopened for a long period of time?

It may be marked with a date. As far as I know, it won't last Buying them by the case is my preferred method. If there is brine in the bottle and the cap is tight, they are good to go. You can store them in the refrigerator after they have been opened, and they can also be left in the brine.

It wasn't the capers that got me low stars, it was the shipping

It's hard to describe how much I love them. I probably use them more than any other caper. It is the shipping that is the problem. Almost every time, I have broken a bottle or broken the seal on a jar in two separate instances. The original was sent back, and a replacement was sent, but it failed the same way. In the future, it would be great to see packaging upgraded.

An episode of a TV show recommended it

this caper because I heard about it on a TV show, but I think I still prefer my "Goya" capers. As compared to the Goya's capers that I am used to, these are smaller and have a lighter taste. It is my favorite recipe for Puerto Rican food.

Capers are an ingredient I like to use in a lot of dishes I make for my Compared to the price on Amazon, the price at the grocery store is much higher. My supply of 12 bottles has been covered, so there will be no more running out problems.
