It wasn't bad, just not the best brand. I love pumpkin butter, but I have only ever tried the brand you could buy at Though this was not quite as good as the previous one, it was still a good movie. One thing I didn't like about it was that it tasted plain. I think it would have tasted better if more spices had been added, like they are in pumpkin pie. I sprinkled a bit of cinnamon on it the next time I ate it on toast, which improved it. Next time I may sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice on it, but this one is probably not something I will buy The pumpkin is one of my favorite flavors in just about anything, so I will try another brand! Pumpkin pie taffy is so much fun! And I've got a big collection now!.
The pumpkin butter in my house is a hit with my family. Add a little extra flavor, spice, and sweetness to bagels or toasted bread to give it a little more zest and flavor. I find it to be one of the best pumpkin butters I've ever.
