Although I bought it based on rave reviews, I am not as pleased as I had hoped. You're going to need some canola oil for this- Canola is neither a high quality nor a high quality oil. I'm unsure why it's any kind of an ingredient. Second, anyone with gluten sensitivities should keep in mind that this is made in a facility that also handles I will keep looking, because it doesn't have a strong flavor or a very fresh smell.

In recent weeks, I have been seeing this spice called for more often in recipes and I recently tried some at a friend's I put a little on some broccoli last night after my order arrived. A fantastic flavor that is really noticeable. It was good to finally pull the trigger and buy them.

Turkey burgers are a great use of this product

In addition to ground turkey and salt, I like to add crumbled feta and chopped spinach to turkey burgers with this spice. The spices taste great on the burgers and add a nice kick to them. With that being said, the only con I would give is that it does take about three tablespoons on one package of ground turkey to provide the desired spices. However, with its small size, the spices do disappear quickly.

Some hard bits of one of the spices prevent it from being completely wonderful, but other than that, it's very good. I have been using it this week in making homemade flatbread. I am amazed!.
