The goods I sell don't come from me. A real amazon seller of this product may not be able to offer just one jar, as packaging and shipping charges are expensive. There should be no problems with this product remaining fresh without refrigeration for a few The six pack of jars I purchased a year ago are still in my possession, about one-half of them. In fact, once I open a jar, I keep it in the fridge.
There are two kinds of them one is authentic and one isn't. We really like the organic apple butter, which does not contain any sugar. There will be a sign on the front of the jar that says organic. There's nothing organic about the picture included with this question.
