There are very few herbs and spices as flavorful as the ones from Spice Island. Every summer, we make and freeze spaghetti sauce for the family. Sweet Basil is the key to getting the perfect flavor, and it makes a huge difference in how the meal tastes. It is unlikely to be available in stores, so I purchased it on Amazon for an absurd price. For me, it's worth the effort.
