My order was for basil, but I received hibiscus instead. There is a label on the package indicating that it contains Unfortunately, there is no return policy, so I would have returned it if I had made a mistake. A pain in the neck.
My basil is used in my tea, so I always have it on hand. Since I ran out of my fresh and dried supplies, I ordered this. My only wish is that the basil type used had been labeled. It comes in so many different varieties, each with a unique It wasn't meant to be sweet basil or Genovese basil like I assumed. The flavor of this basil is strongly reminiscent of Thai basil. Due to the flavoring of Thai Basil having a slight licorice hue, it is difficult to use in most Asian I am not disappointed with the quality, I am just limited in what I am able to do with it.

I was looking for regular sweet culinary basil, and this stuff has its own distinct taste. However, aside from the alien taste, the product seems to be in good taste and quality.

For the first time ever I ordered this basil. It arrived fast, smelled great, but when I empty from the bag into jars for storage I found this two-headed bug instead of the one I ordered. There is a piece of braided string of about an inch long inside. The fact that this got past their quality control makes me wonder what else they overlooked. The money that they spent was a complete waste, because some of the returns are not even reachable.
There was an error in the labeling of the product. There were no basil leaves in the tea, but habicus tea.
