In my mother's turkey stuffing, this was the only seasoning she used. Nut rubbed sage is more difficult to find than ground sage. I'm glad I found it on the internet because I used it to make my mother's turkey stuffing recipe, and if I hadn't known she was an angel in disguise, I'd swear she made it! Cooking with my mother brought back a lot of happy memories for me!.
Every year, I use it as a stuffing.
