Saffron is a lot easier to abuse than regular saffron. The flavor is fantastic. Most dishes will benefit from it.

I intend to use this service again. The taste/flavor is something I really enjoy. It worked wonderfully in a chicken and saffron rice vegetable dish. I also like the individual packets and the fact that it's a powder. I intend to use this service again.

This is almost the only way to get Italian Zafferano at a reasonable price; I'm used to getting the Tre Cuochi (my grandmother used to) and am wary of this
