When Dr. Gregor of nutritionfacts. org mentioned the Indian study comparing the efficacy of prozac and saffron, I was intrigued. I paid attention to what was said. In the study, there appeared to be no discernible difference between the two groups. It was an experiment for me. I have to say, I'm the most stable, thoughtful, logical, and joyful (not giddy, just happy) I've ever been- Maybe one day. It doesn't have any negative side effects, so it's a win-win situation for me. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I'm downgrading my five-star rating to a one-star rating. This stuff appeared to be magical at first. My world came crashing down on top of me three weeks ago. Well. Dr. Gregor was completely incorrect. There are some side effects to it. My skin has a healthy glow to it. the- dark- It's turning yellow, which means I'm being poisoned. Vomiting, dizziness, and numbness are also symptoms of saffron poisoning, which I've experienced. Furthermore, bipolar people should be aware that it may cause excitability and impulsive behavior. If you have this condition, don't eat saffron. AND NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT ONE FOR ME- It may lower blood pressure, causing blood pressure to drop TOO LOW in people who already have low blood pressure.
It's pretty much the only saffron pill on the market that contains the ingredients that my eye doctor recommends I take to help with pigment layering at the back of my eye.
2019 has been a difficult year for me for a variety of reasons. For the first time in my 70 years, I started to feel depressed. I decided to give Saffron a try after reading an article about its use for a variety of ailments. Mustn't say I wasn't skeptical. Happily, I've noticed I'm much more upbeat.
Does not work in the case of ADHD.
The seller had a few issues, but they were all minor. Saffron combined with curcumin has been shown to have the same effect as Prozac in studies. Although it takes about 6 to 8 weeks, I can already tell that I am much happier.
This product has been extremely beneficial to me in terms of depression treatment. The only problem is that I suffer from anxiety, and taking the supplement can exacerbate my condition. I wish there was a lower dose available. For me, this stuff works like magic when it comes to treating clinical depression.
My eyelids turned red, itchy, and scaly, and the side of my face felt like it was made of sandpaper. It vanished as soon as I stopped taking them. They're supposed to help your skin, according to what I've read. In my case, the opposite is true; if it were possible, I'd give it a zero-star rating.
