Saffron is the primary seasoning at Iranian weddings and for reasons I cannot fully elaborate on, it is used in a heavy number of our foods. Using roughly 50 kilowatts is about average. My family members who have visited from Iran gifted me 60 grams a year when they came to visit me. As well as all the sanctions against that country, along with the spike in inflation there, I no longer request any of my own family members to send saffron. I bought it when I ran out of this at Amazon recently. In addition to its excellent reviews, this saffron seem to be the best price for its presumed quality (negin) and its quantity (5 grams). Having recently arrived at its warehouse, I was pleased by the beautiful color and impressive smell of natural wine. Having said that, I was surprised at how much the saffron gives my food the heavely aroma that it gives me since I started cooking with it. However, the seller of this saffron does not meet the expectation of one reviewer (due to my inability to verify its quality), yet I will not abandon him or her next time.
As I remember. The saffron shown here was with me when I was a child. A bit goes a long way. Its wonderful scent, good color in recipes, and a dash of its flavor help to make a strong flavor a nice balance. I don't care what kind of big brand spices they are packaged in, supermarkets fail just as well. The product's purpose is always "you always pay your money and you never back down". The result was a positive one in this case. My next order will be bought by me again. FYI: Food recipes do not contain dyes or teas, and they are not used for alleged health reasons. This is a wonderful food smell when baking, frying, or frying.
At first, the 2-gram tin I bought came with a nice product with fair threads, a good colour and delicious flavors. It is a very easy way to fill rice tubes with the use of 5 grams at the end. Despite the same size tin, additional saffron is added. It had a brittle, dry appearance. It was very hard for them to break after being pinched from their tin and retrieved. Making saffron powder from this stock works well, since it takes an extra soaking time to get the rice a darker color.
I prepare a fair amount of Persian and Spanish food. This particular brand arrives tightly sealed. The fresh scent of saffron, and the beautiful color of saffron threads, quickly grabbed my attention after I opened the package. Prior to opening the tin, I had no idea how I would prepare paella for dinner, but once it had begun cooking, I began changing my menu and headed out to the local farmers market to purchase ingredients as soon as possible. There isn't too much difference between these saffrons from previous years; it's a fresh taste with a clean flavour.
Having used Kashmir Saffron in Colorado, I can recommend it to anyone who might require it. Compared to Spanish saffron, which lack flavor, it had a dull taste. presents one has a rich color. It has the aroma that I like. In all, the issue with the container is that it is tightly sealed. It is hard to open. I love it.
Despite their delicious taste and reasonable cost, the packaging is unattractive. It took me the equivalent of an hour to open the tin via a screw driver.
It was during this week that I used a recipe from the internet to make Saffron Jewel Rice. This dish had a great taste. Due to its high price, saffron is often out of our reach. But if you put some effort, a little goes a long way. There was a very reasonable price for this container, as opposed to what I would pay at the grocery store for a tiny package of dried cherries.
The best price on this product is a good deal due to its quantity. Saffron has the taste of something which only makes sense when you can use it one single time for $10 a container. The flavor is amazing and it pairs well with Rice, as well as with marinades.
