MONEY SHOULD NOT BE SPENT. Too small and half of it was broken, the red thread turned white when washed in hot water, and I recommend that Amazon inspect the product before selling it. I 100% waste my money if I use them.

I've tried a lot of different things, and this is the best one I've found I've yet to find a better online saffron than this. It is strong enough that I can use less of it, which is a great feature in this rare, wonderful, and expensive spice, and it also appears to have a darker hue in the finished dishes, which I am the personal chef in a household that favors Ayurvedic (Indian health food) cuisine. The container is attractive and seals well, which may be a problem for those with weak hands. In a smaller kitchen, it would be too big and out of place.

I'd never had saffron before and wanted to try the highest quality I could find. I was not let down in any way. It produced delectable, lovely rice, and it was approved by someone who knows and has tasted authentic saffron. It was like receiving a gift from a King because it arrived quickly and is so rich in color and beautifully tinned! br>If you're looking for something of high quality, this is it!.

We've been wary of saffron sourcing in the past few years after receiving low-quality saffron from other vendors. The saffron from Aria, on the other hand, is of excellent quality. It has a beautiful color, powders nicely, and has a great flavor and aroma. We use it in Swedish Christmas baking, and the results are as good as or better than any other saffron we've tried, including some brought back from Iran by friends. This book comes highly recommended.

This is a proper and good saffron that I've purchased several times. But I'd had it for a while and couldn't get the container open without hurting my hands today. I was finally able to extract the saffron, but this container is notoriously difficult to open. If you buy it, I recommend opening it right away and transferring the contents to another airtight container (like a small mason jar), or you might end up in the same situation.

Saffron buns were made, as per Swedish tradition. They were delicious! There's a lot more saffron in this batch than in previous batches, which means we'll be able to make a lot more buns. I've never seen a better deal on saffron.

Flavor and fragrance are superior - unmistakably obtained from a prestigious source In Iran, there is a top-notch supplier. Those who cook with saffron are aware that quality varies greatly between and within producing countries. While Iranian saffron is superior in most ways - Spain and Central Asia can also provide quality products. The majority of saffron on the market is of poor to average quality. Color is added, but no flavor or fragrance is added. This is by far the most effective - At a reasonable price, '24 carat' Saffron is available; I will buy it again.

This saffron is truly outstanding! When you open the tin, the scent is very strong and very fresh. This is my favorite saffron, aside from the field fresh mogra saffron I used to get when I lived near saffron fields in India. It was well worth the money, and I will definitely be purchasing more.
