My last two packs of 6-packs were purchased. a year ago - September of this year I keep all of my bulk spices frozen and use a small shaker to get more when I need it. It keeps them in good condition.
Purchaser for the first time. I can confirm that I placed my order on October 21st, 20. received on the 22nd of October, 20. The date of expiration is less than six months away. DISAPPOINTED by the short shelf life of the product - I won't be able to finish 38 ounces of seasoning in that amount of time. I just got it 10 minutes ago and will return it.
The period of validity is two years.
Yes! I add it to stir-fried vegetables as a spice. It's a hit with the entire family. Because there's pepper in it, it's a little spicy, which we like.

It's served with everything from chicken alfredo and broccoli to Bragg liquid aminos and parmesan cheese on a daily basis. When my husband and I were dating, When I was on vacation in Utah, my family and I decided to go shopping at Costco because it was the most convenient option. We came across this item while looking for a different way to spice up their pasta and decided to go with it. Our boys absolutely loved it and devoured the entire container in no time; we assumed we'd be able to replace it, but our local Costco didn't have it! Oh no! We requested that family members (from a different Utah Costco) purchase some for us and ship it to us. No luck. It appears that we found it at a random Costco location. We were on the verge of giving up hope of ever seeing it again when I came across it on Amazon. Yea! It's a bit pricey, but it came in a two-pack, so we'll have enough for the entire year (what we save on groceries is more than made up for with this spice blend). This is something I would definitely recommend for adding a little zing to anything from pasta to toasted bread. Yummmm!.
I went over the questions and answers. prior to making a purchase The BB date, according to some, was 1- I've been out of the workforce for two years. Furthermore, I strongly advise you to avoid this seller. Within 10 minutes of receiving the product yesterday, I left negative seller feedback. I noticed my comment on the seller's feedback page. I had hoped for a response from the seller. offer to swap the seasoning for a different one at a later time Instead, I discovered today that my feedback was removed from the seller's page. WTH! This seller and their feedback are not worthy of my trust. What's new with Amazon?.
Once or twice a week, my family enjoys frying potatoes for breakfast. I kept trying to think of a great seasoning for them that everyone would enjoy. The McCormick Gourmet Bruschetta Seasoning Mix elevates fried potatoes to the level of AMAZING POTATOES. br>I also make Garlic Bread Seasoning with this seasoning. Combine softened butter, chopped garlic, and Bruschetta Seasoning in a small bowl. Combine ingredients, spread on bread, and broil until desired crispness is achieved. Delectableness! br>I've also started adding the mix to soup recipes. The flavor is outstanding.
I used to buy this McCormick Bruschetta spice mix in a packet at the grocery store, but I hadn't seen it in a while; I found the same one, basically, in a pair of large containers with a slightly different name but the same recipe on the back. The recipe yields a delectable fast dinner. I'm glad to have it back, though I'm hoping it will last a long time because it's a large container; I'll probably freeze it.
It's like a big jar of "Italian Seasoning," which I use in everything from beans to chili to mac and cheese. br>I ordered my first jar by accident over a year ago. When that ran out, I couldn't find it online for a year until it appeared out of nowhere. Because it's so important to me, I got two jars.
I'm not sure what they changed in the formula, but I've bought this before and it tasted a lot better and made my roasted vegetables disappear at dinner. This product, however, is not one of them.
I've ordered this several times before, and the expiration date has never been an issue for me. I just got these on Sunday, and it occurred to me that the expiration date is July (5 months away). Even though one is for someone else, I can't use that much in that short of a time (it's always been a year or more). I'm not sure if it's the buyer or the seller. I'm debating whether or not to return them. It's a real bummer because I really enjoy this seasoning.
People always want to know how to make bruschetta when I bring it to a party. It's so easy to make that if you use canned diced tomatoes, you can make a batch in a matter of minutes. I don't measure, I just season to taste, and I gave it four stars for price because Costco is a great place to shop. Sam's was cheaper, but I had to go to Amazon because Sam's/Costco hadn't had it in stock in a long time.
