This was not the case. The supplier was simply not a supplier I wanted to deal with

Can one order be filled with 1 bag, or does it require 2 bags?

The purchase was supposed to be two bags, but I received only one, and the seller did not respond to my complaint. There seems to have been an exception for me because others received two bags.
