What makes you think the spice route isn't organic? They appear to be a critical organization. Are pesticides used in their agriculture?
I'm not sure, but certified organic products usually have a much higher price tag, so if this product is organic, I'm sure it will be stated as such. Having said that, the product still has a pleasant flavor.
Is this regular yellow mustard or hot Chinese mustard?
This is Yellow Ground Mustard in its natural state.
