A second strategy he presents in his video entitled "Second strategy to cooking broccoli" involves adding mustard powder to help make the sulforaphane that makes broccoli awesome. As for fresh, he has a way of preparing it, but I rarely consume In the blender, I have added this mustard powder to the soup, and I hope it turns out great.

It was neat to find these, as I used them with English tea tins from Amazon to decorate tables at a reunion of WWII vets who served in the Air Corps in Britain. Their base was just outside Norwich, where Colman's Mustard is produced. The tins are all being taken home by everyone as souvenirs. The tins came in a multiple pack of small tins and that made me so happy.
