It is one of the spices I add to hot coconut milk when I enjoy the taste of mace. There are several brands in the same price range that are more flavorful than this one. It was not until the delivery took a picture for me to see how it had been set directly in the sun without knocking that I realized I was having an issue. As I noticed on Amazon, the words "delivered today" appeared. The container was hot, so I immediately opened and shook it to cool it before closing it up again. The driver didn't knock, tap, or set it under the roof by the door, so why wasn't it set there? We have put off this note on the porch for too long, so please let us know if you happen to see it. Apart from that, it has a wonderful aroma.
Mace is my favorite spice and I can substitute it for nutmeg, which I have to avoid ATM because of a special, anti-bacterial condition I am temporarily following a diet that causes inflammation. Despite what I like about this product, I don't like how the packaging is designed to allow for easy pouring of the mace. As the mace is poured in, it blocks up all of the holes on the side with little holes for sprinkles, so it won't flow. In case you want to use a measuring spoon, you can use the side with the big hole. It will not sprinkle on apple slices or other items, but I want to sprinkle the mace on them while cooking There are large chunks of it falling out (with a sprinkle of mace on top). Whenever I need to make a recipe that includes McCormick spices, I can rely on them to be gluten-free There's no cost. As a result, there is some disagreement in this review. As for the spice, I wish I could give it a "5" The packaging for the spice received a "2" review, and the suitability of the spice itself was rated as "1" I gave it a "five-star" rating.
The price for MACE is ok.
It has a rich.
