It is flavorful and delicious, with the wonderful, true aroma of the star of anise
A must for recipes calling for the original. Please take note You should use this sparingly since it has a stronger flavor than regular ground anise seeds.

Adds a little sweetness and flavor to ham when used in cooking. buy it as a star-shaped ground or as a ground with a star shape. The stars are in my possession and I occasionally use them, but I prefer Soups, stews, meats, etc. are all good options for using it in. I also use it to top toast or bananas with some ground cinnamon because it tastes great! Adding it to your spice collection and trying it with various foods will be a great experience.
