The scent is very strong - A few drops make the scent smell as though it combines caraway, fennel, and oregano, while a large drop makes the flavor taste as if it is a mixture of celery seed, mint, and oregano.
My order was delivered, but one of the bags was ripped despite the fact that the packaging looked good. I do not know if it was sliced with a razor knife when it was unpacked. There are a lot of instances like Other than that, I did not observe any damage to the bags. The other appeared fresh and strong, though I have not yet cooked with it to provide an evaluation of flavor. There is a wonderful smell to it.
A fresh aroma fills the air as the seeds are being ground- The smell of it. There are several recipes in which I have used them and they are delicious. I will definitely order from you again, but it will not be for a while because the packet contains a lot of seeds.
Toss a pinch of these in with melted butter and a pinch of cumin seeds to make rice. A true taste of India!.
