@Dreams Elevated You can't look at the nutrition facts because if it has less than a certain amount of sugar, it can be listed as zero. Most iodized salts contain dextrose, which aids in the binding of iodine to the salt. Dextrose (a type of sugar) is listed as the third ingredient on some packets.
Made in the United States of America. It's from "Sugar Foods Corp" in New York, according to the bag and packets.
It's just salt, like the kind you'd find in a restaurant.

If I don't eat a lot of salt, my headaches will return. My headaches have vanished since I emptied a salt packet directly into my mouth or more than once a day with a full glass of water. I never get puffy or swollen, and I've never felt better, as long as I eat a lot of potassium. My little packets are one of my favorite things in the whole world. In my purse, I carry a small zip bag. You'll never need to touch a salt shaker in a restaurant again. br>br>As a result of Covid, many people no longer have salt on their tables. However, I believe that from now on, I will always bring my own shakers because the shakers before Covid were greasy, sticky, or felt dirty in some way. Bussers, I don't believe, were ever trained to wipe them down in between customers. br>br>At this point, there isn't any issue. I've just ripped a packet open!.
