Questions & Answers

Is it possible to add this to the oil for popping after kernels are added?

It's really hard for me to say. Oil is not an essential part of my diet. The way I do it is to press it in the microwave for 45 seconds, then sprinkle on afterward. I see no reason why you cannot do it that way. It would seem that you wouldn't get good coverage of the popped kernels if you did that.

Can you tell me if this salt is fine?

Brenda, thanks for stopping by! The salt has 60mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp, so yes, it is a fine salt with the best buttery taste you'll ever taste. In addition to Butter Buds, which have 60mg sodium per 1 teaspoon, I can only recommend Lipton's Salt Bites, but they are not comparable in flavor. The Butter Seasoning from Kernel Season's is a wonderful addition to your homemade popcorn, as long as you are not eating large quantities of this product on a daily basis or suffer from high blood pressure being treated with medicine. I just thought I should let you know It is also great to try their Bacon Cheddar Seasoning!

What is the amount of salt in the ?

The food is not salty in the least. The popcorn is not only seasoned with salt, but it is also salted.

Then, how do you make the popcorn "stick"?

Whenever I want to eat it, I just sprinkle it on until I achieve my desired taste. The popcorn stays on top of the sauce. During all the times that I have made popcorn in a pot with a coating of oil, I have had no

Wow! That's a lot of power! Buffalo Wing Popcorn Seasoning is the subject of this review
4/5

I would like to say the following before I go any further How does the flavor taste? I love it! am a big fan of ANYTHING buffalo-flavored and was very eager to try this, since I consume popcorn almost every day and have already loved some of Kernel Season's other The problem with holy fire dust is that it's difficult I don't mean that it's too spicy (it isn't the flavor is excellent. The sauce was spicy enough), but no matter what I did, I kept inhaling just a small bit of powder when I was trying to eat the popcorn, which caused me to cough. It's still coughing, but I'm feeling better! As a last resort, I tried the buffalo flavor and then added the white cheddar seasoning over it, which helped a little (was DOGGONE DELICIOUS but still coughing). After all, I have come to realize there's no way around it, unless you add the seasoning to butter and then drizzle the butter on the popcorn (and I'm not a butter on popcorn kinda gal). not a problem when sprinkled on anything with some moisture in it (like vegetables, or added as a seasoning to This has become known as orange lung to me. You know what I'm going to say? The food is still in my stomach. The bottom line is A pain, but one that is Don't wait! Order some today!.

There is a marked difference in flavor
3/5

My family and I have used and purchased this product for years and have been happy with the taste of the This final "batch" tasted strangely different and seemed to have the taste of 'dry mustard powder' rather than butter like the previous batch. I received six bottles of YUCK that must now be discarded. The seller was outstanding, packaged perfectly, and received my items as soon as possible. There has been a decline in product quality.

This is an easy way to replicate the taste of kettle corn I enjoy kettle corn very much
4/5

Back in the day (he considers himself a good "chef" type) he and a friend were obsessed with figuring out how kettle corn was made and tried so many things to try and replicate that unique taste of kettle corn. While we were not as successful as we had hoped, we encountered some delicious popcorn It would not have taken us any time to do that if this product existed. You are able to reproduce that exact experience here. On the other hand, it is less effective on dry popcorn (as is expected). Getting popcorn in an air popper or microwaved popcorn, or even healthy popcorn is the best option There are some things to improve about it. - Aged - Put butter or oil on top of the kernels (fashion pop) At the fair, everything was exactly as it should be.

The stuff here is great! Buying Colonel Seasons popcorn seasonings has been a tradition for me It's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen
5/5

top two favorites are the Nacho flavor and the Butter flavor, then the White Cheddar flavor. My method is to place 1/3 cup popcorn in a large lunch bag, close it with a microwave-safe clip, and microwave for 2 minutes and 25 seconds until it is hot. It works perfect every time, and I save the bag after a few uses and then recycle it. It is best to spray the popcorn lightly with a butter flavor cooking spray, and then shake it If you like, as little or as much as you like. To your taste as the saying goes. When you use the Nacho flavor, you will experience "orange" fingers like you would if you were eating Cheetos Others may also come off on your fingers, but they may not be as Located in the National Mall, this is one of the healthiest popcorns you'll find. When you compare the microvave popcorn you get in the store with the healthy natural popcorn you make, your body will appreciate your efforts. This is a great way to get some fiber while also enjoying a tasty treat. I am in love with this stuff and will most certainly purchase it again I will be ordering soon since popcorn with Colonel Seasons has always been my favorite snack.

But the flavor isn't great
4/5

If you breathe in when your popcorn is in your mouth, the acidic powder will hit the back of your throat and cause a little coughing fit. I do like the Dill Pickle flavor, but the powder just sits on top of the popcorn without adding any flavor. In terms of flavor intensity, the Dill Pickle flavor isn't as sophisticated as potato chips from leading brands or sunflower seeds with Dill Pickle flavor. In spite of that, I love Dill Pickle so much that I gave Then, I mix the butter powder with the melted butter and pour it on the Thank you! That solves the problem!.

Finding PLAIN Popcorn Salt has finally been solved
5/5

Maybe I am one of my species' last remaining dinosaurs who prefers the plain flavored ones over plain popcorn salt. The retail stores in our area offer a number of flavors, but none sell plain salt (unflavored). I found this brand on Amazon (without artificial flavoring) and I was so happy to discover it. The shop offered other brands of PLAIN POPCORN SALT, but I preferred the packaging/lid on this brand (be careful with the flip lid, though. After I encountered my "heavy hand," the first lid broke off). In addition to adding this salt to popcorn, I also use it to enhance the flavor of my homemade cake icing (as outlined in the dissolve well in a 3 or 4-pack of it instead of a "6-pack". In terms of the breakdown of prices for each container, it was not outrageous. However, some may have a problem with storage. Due to the nicely sealed plastic container and the fact that the salt is after all well contained, shelf life should NOT be an issue. Fine grain salt is all you need.

That's not safe! He loves eating "pickle popcorn" when he's four years old
3/5

He got me a 6-pack of these to stock pile for him, and they're horrible. During the time he ate the popcorn, he coughed. My immediate reaction was to cough after trying some. The seasoning I've been using is apparent to be It is rare that I rate things on Amazon, but this is more from a safety perspective. I strongly advise you not to buy!.

I hate that

The taste is nothing like cheese, but rather As it falls to the bottom of the bowl, it does not stick to the popcorn.
