Plastic is used to make the jar.
It does not, in fact. The flakes don't work well in a shaker. At the table, it's probably best to use a salt cellar.

It's great in sauces, on roasted vegetables, or as a seasoning for meat. I usually use a different brand, but it was unavailable due to the pandemic, so I decided to give this one a try because it comes from the Ile de Re. It's a winner, and I'll buy it again in a heartbeat. This product is of excellent quality.
My only suggestion is to use a cork closure instead of the plastic top. Much better for salt and for the overall appearance of the product.
This is a very high-quality product. It only takes a pinch of good granular/chunky salt to impart enough flavor. Because of the abundance of flavor, it usually requires less than recipes call for.
Whether it's a filet mignon or a filet de cod, the choice is yours. The salty crunch adds a unique dimension. This is a must-have for any foodie!.
I'm aware of a prize for affordably luxurious living!.
This fleur de sel is just right. It has a mild flavor and is ideal as a finishing salt for roasted vegetables. There are no issues!.
Make soft pretzels at home with it. Season late-summer tomatoes, sliced red onion for lox, and cream cheese on beagles with it. It's really good!.
I've seen this being harvested on the Isle of Re. I can't sing the product's praises highly enough.
