There is a lot of heat here. I like this crushed red because it's of good quality. If you want to make it even hotter, add just a dash of cayenne pepper. am a big fan of the combination.

I can't find McCormick's red pepper flakes at my local grocery store, for some reason. I was happy to see this large bottle I was surprised to find it bigger than the usual size. It is fine, though. This product is the one I wanted, and it is well worth the price.
