Several of the stores near me stopped carrying it, so I was very happy to see that Amazon offered it. It was more economical to buy a 4 pack because I could give 2 as gifts and keep 2 for myself. 2) Other brands are either too salty or not spicy enough for me, depending on the brand I'm using. There is a perfect balance in this one. This is my go-to ingredient for almost all of my hamburgers, and it goes great on any meat, even In addition, I substitute this for Cajun seasoning in almost every recipe I have. My preference is this, without a doubt.
Zatarains are my favorite flavor, I use it in sauces, fish, and seafood, as well as in soups, and pulled pork. Leftovers I prepare in a skillet for breakfast if I have them!.
I am afraid to open any of the jars since the lids are missing and the seals are broken. Due to the fact that it was shipped in a flat envelope rather than box, I'm confident that's what caused the seasoning to be spread all over and for the package to get.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that they didn't have it in larger containers.
It was delicious! Spice my brother prefers for grilling at his lake house. We buy it whenever we visit. These items are difficult to locate and very expensive.
It was tasteless when I put it on a grilled cheese sandwich. It was almost impossible to taste it after three times the amount. There was a positive result, so it had to be a stock from last year. It may be something else.
My last time I bought it at the store, I didn't get as much fresh juice as this. Pours well. I seem to season most everything it seems with it, so the four pack is convenient for me. Grilling for the summer won't be a problem with this grill.
Although I haven't tried the product yet, I believe it is fantastic for cooking chicken or fish in blackened skin. My first love is seafood—I eat it almost every day, but I cannot find blackening seasoning locally (go figure!). It was only the shipping that was problematic. It's better not to say anything if you don't know.
