The product has been bought several times for me. In order to prevent too much water from being left behind, I use less water when I cook it, rather than following the directions. The water left behind in a glass of 1 and 1/4 leaves a certain amount of water It should be okay to just keep cooking it until the rice is really soft. In spite of this, I will let it simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes once it comes Still, there will be a little water left over since I am using 1 and 1/4 cups Those are the stages when I like rice. You can chew it for a minute or two, and it has texture. It seems to me that 1 and 1/8 cups of water will do just fine. There is not much to complain about in terms of taste and price. As far as quality is concerned, I have had no issues.

The rice I like best is Uncle Ben's. I couldn't find it in stores, so I paid a higher price for it than I would normally do.
