Questions & Answers

In a package of two noodles, how many cakes are there? What is the taste like? What is the texture like?

There are 12 packs in each, so if you buy 2 packs, there are In my opinion, there is no difference in texture between regular ramen and ramen noodles. As opposed to brown rice, ramen has a softer texture. Brown rice has a firm texture that isn't present in ramen. It's awesome, and you won't even notice it's different. As far as my son was concerned, he did not notice any

I cannot have potato products, and of course a lot of foods do contain starch. What else is in the noodles besides millet and brown rice? Is that all?

There are two ingredients in this recipe organic brown rice flour and organic millet

Thanks for visiting! The value of $ 26 is approximately how many ounces?

The question you asked does not make sense to me. In each package you will find 12 packages of noodles. Ramen noodles with this distinctive style are thinner than normal noodles. In a way, they are more like Latin noodles. They have a good sense of taste. It takes the same amount of water to cook noodles as it does to cook rice

In the pack of two, it says 30 oz each Do you have 2 bags each of 30 oz? There is a higher cost per ounce for the 2 oz than the 1 oz. ?

It is 2 bags each weighing 30 ounces.

THESE NOODLES ARE A JOY TO FIND! I have a grandson with celiac disease (he is 11 years old)
5/5

In the past several years before he was diagnosed with HIV, Ramen Noodles were one of his favorite foods. Even though he had to give up 99% of his favorite foods because of his health, I knew he would feel better after doing so. Since he was a child, our entire family has searched for him noodles and has been disappointed every time. The aunt found these at Costco and decided to try one more brand, the mom made them for him and sent us a message of a picture of him in his gaming chair! He had the biggest smile on his face with a bowl of them in hand! Her mother heard him shout out to her, "oh mom!". You can't go wrong with these! Almost everyone in our group wanted to cry. Having celiac disease and having to rely on people to prepare high-quality, safe foods without accidentally slipping can be stressful because of the risk of accidental food contamination. As a result of mistakes made by companies when labeling things "Gluten Free" or not prepaying correctly, his list of what he eats significantly decreased. Because of this, our entire family ordered several packages for him after hearing he loved it. This will be his life for the rest of the year! While cooking, I found it important not to go over the four minutes indicated in the recipe, or the broth will become starchy and tastey. As the ramen begins to boil, I fill a small pan with water to cover the brick, I add some Better Than Bullion chicken broth and once it boils, I remove the Brick and allow it to simmer for 4 minutes, gently pulling the brick as it boils apart. When serving, I let it sit for two minutes before taking it off the heat. Draining is not a part of my routine. The noodles are always perfectly cooked when I scoop them out of the bowl and pour a little broth over them.

There are two different types of noodles in this pack
3/5

The foolish people complaining that these don't include flavor packets are foolish, as we knew exactly what we were getting, since we had purchased them previously at Costco, and they were excellent. In recent months, Costco has stopped carrying the big packs (which are half the price of the individual servings), so I wonder if this is due to a change in the company's business model. The millet is still bought individually and we are still buying from the farmer There is a brand of brown rice Ramen sold in the local stores (and please throw away the flavor packets because they contain ingredients my wife cannot eat), and they cook and taste exactly like we expect. For some reason, these bulk packs are not as easy to cook, however. In cooking, they stay hard and chewy right up to the point where the entire pot of noodles becomes a slimy, disgusting, inedible mass of goo. If this is a Chinese copycat product or if the producer is cutting corners, I cannot be certain. These products do not appear to be stale - they fall within the sell-by date The following are the dates. It seems that these are not the same noodles as the individual millet and quinoa noodles There are brown rice ramen packets from Lotus, and they are different from the bulk variety. Our last Costco purchase was a pack of noodles. It's a big disappointment.

I gave you an A+, but the directions were bad
5/5

The vase can hold many dishes, the taste is great and it is healthy. There's nothing fun about reading cooking directions I cooked it in 1 minute on a brisk boil and for 4 minutes on a lowered boil. They need to be cooked for 2 minutes at a brisk boil and 5 minutes before serving We still sometimes have to nuke them for 30 seconds to get them soft enough after 6 minutes at a lowered boil. * * *Updates As I progressed through the first dozen noodles blocks, here is how I dealt with them. Put two tablespoons of rehydrated, mixed vegetables and one teaspoon of chopped onions in three tablespoons of cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. For the next ten minutes, stir the mixture several times. You should use cold water if you want the veggies to rehydrate Hydrating with cold water is the best option. Add 1/2 Not Chick'n or Not Beef bullion cube on top of the refried beans Place the hydrated vegetables aside with a pinch of powdered roasted garlic at the end of the ten minutes.

Put 5 cups of water in a small sauce pan and bring to a rapid boil. In a bowl of water, drop a Ramen brick. Put a timer in your kitchen that will start after the water has boiled for 7 minutes. A few turns of the noodle brick are necessary. At the end of two minutes, remove 2 forks from the noodles and start separating them into bite-sized pieces, no need to separate them completely as they will continue to separate during the remainder of the cooking time. Add veggies, bullion and garlic to the sauce pan and stir. When the water starts to boil once more, reduce the heat. While noodles are cooking, add about two tablespoons of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to a large bowl along with Bragg's Amino Acids to taste if a half bullion cube isn't The Bragg's Soy Sauce Substitute is a healthier, low-sodium substitute for soy sauce. You are good to go once the timer chimes. When the bowl is full, dump the noodles into it. do not remove the noodles from their packets or rinse them There is no need to do that, and you might lose some nutrients if you do There is no need to repeat the process every.

It was delicious! Unfortunately, the package is very poorly sealed! It was delicious! I like the texture
5/5

Gluten free pasta that stands out amongst the rest! It was, however, packaged so poorly that of the six pieces that were in each bag, about two of them were completely broken. Despite being wrapped together, both bags were wrapped only in saran wrap and plastic wrap It was packed in a box with insufficient padding! The packaging is poor, but I have no idea who is responsible. The product is worthless to me at this point, so I am not willing to order it again.

It's easy to maintain a gluten-free diet with these No charge
5/5

The noodles I tried after I went gluten-free were quite good There are mainly plants and free On the basis. I must say that's amazing. The results are amazing, so glad I decided to give them a try. Pasta is literally the only food I miss. There are few dishes that rival the flavor of pho or ramen, but I can't resist these noodles. As long as you cook them according to the package, they will have the right texture and won't fall apart. If you overcook them, they will change texture and fall apart. It is also a good idea not to plan on having leftovers, since they will crumble the next day (and you will eat smaller bits instead of long noodles you can twirl with a In addition, I introduced them to my mother. A picky dad (82 years old) ate these and said it would replace his Asian noodles (made with flour) with this one. My 20-year-old son liked it and said he would buy it again for himself. My 7-year-old son also loves them, so this is a definite winner, all the way.
